Still Deciding?? Join Today!

Trying figure out how to join this swap? It's EASY! I'm allowing people to register two ways, either through Swap-Bot (where you become a member and create login/password) or just via an email to me at shawneeh (at) yahoo (dot) com. Just include your full name, mailing address and blog website link and YOU'RE IN!

The swap itself will be simple and fun. I will assign partners after the closing date of March 2. You can hint to your partner what styles, colors you like but they are open to make what they choose .. part of the fun of swapping is the surprise! As a participant, you are just required to make (or buy handmade) a cute and flirty apron, find something fun to include with it (kitchen gadget, cookbook, heck even bracelets are flirty accessories - not more than $5 in value), and two recipes that have fun and flirty names (make a new name for an old recipe if necessary).

Once sign-ups are over, I will open up the blog to allow participants to be authors and submit messages, too, and really want everyone to upload a picture of the swap package they received at the end. We'll be having a few more contests just for participants, and will vote on the cutest apron at the very end for a prize, too.

So, don't hesitate - join today!

Jan from Maple Lane Apron Company is giving away this gorgeous and flirty Havana Apron to one lucky swap participant!
All you have to do is visit the Maple Lane Apron Company site and browse around, then come back here and tell me what your two favorite items are in her shop by leaving a comment below. If you would like to enter a second time, blog about this giveaway at your own site, then leave the link to your post in a second comment. I will pick a random winner on March 1. Good Luck!

Jan says, "Maple Lane Apron Company is proud to be a sponsor in the Flirty Apron Giveaway. This is the first giveaway that I have had the pleasure of being part of. I started my company in October of 2007. I began with the idea of selling handmade aprons and a few kitchen accessories but after looking at many blogs and websites I have decided to carry other items such as Teapots, Teapot cozies, copper cookie cutters and other other kitchen and home accessories. I am proud of the fact that all of the products, with the exception of the teapots, are proudly made in the U.S.A."

I have to tell you that I just received my first order from Maple Lane and I am so pleased! My shipment arrived very quickly, it was carefully packaged in a gift box with hand-tied ribbon and note, then the aprons inside were wrapped in tissue with more ribbons and a little surprise ... I was sold before I even touched my new aprons! And what quality the aprons are ... carefully handmade with exceptional attention to details.

P.S. Ladies, please be sure to post the swap button on your blog if you have one.

Hi friends --- I hope to make lots of new friends with this fun swap. Read the guidelines at the top right of this site, then join up through Swap-Bot or send me an email/leave a comment. I'll be adding some fun contests and other surprises throughout.

Oh, to give credit for photos in the logo, the far left one is an adorable apron from Maple Lane Apron Company; the center photo is a ruffled apron I made for one of Beelicious' apron swaps, and the far right is my new favorite pattern, Emmeline, for sale by Montessori by Hand!
