Chocolate covered apron

I've been diligently working on my apron. Sort-of. Ha! I'm not going to lie, everytime I sit down to sew on it, I have a tremendous urge to bake, or drink. That sounds so terrible.

You see, my partner gave me a wide open playing field, and to keep myself from getting overwhelmed I decided I was going to pick a martini and use it as a theme - that's where the Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini came into play (sounds delicious doesn't it?! - I've included the recipe we use at the bottom of this post)

I've been had a lot of fun picking out fabrics and embellishments, and have been playing with all these cute-sy things, trying to figure out how and where I want to incorporate them. I can't wait to finish and send it off to her!

And I am even more excited to receive my own!!

Here's the recipe (I typically use Three Olives vodka because it's decently priced, and really tasty!):
Chocolate-Covered Cherry-tini

1 ozThree Olives Chocolate Vodka
1 oz Three Olives Cherry Vodka
1 oz White Crème de Cacao

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with a cherry.
