"How To" Reminder

Hello sweet swappers,

This your Frosted Flurries Swap Mama, here to remind you how to complete your swap properly:

MAIL on time. Deadline to mail is this weekend, so get sewing super quick! Newbies deadline was last week and had to include forwarding postage. Don't forget to comment on the on-time giveaway post to be entered to win that amazing apron from D-Lux 57. If you are gong to be late, email me asap to keep your name off the Naughty List. I've already had one swapper had to drop out due to an injury -- praying for a quick recovery for Barbara M!!

EMAIL your tracking number to Shawneeh at yahoo.com; do not only post pictures here. Now, I LOVE the pictures; we just need to details, too.

EMAIL thanks to your partner and cc me; do not only post your thank you here. On the off-chance she doesn't visit this site every day, we don't want your swap sister disappointed. If you prefer to mail a hand-written thank you, still email me and let me know you've done that.

This is such a fun and busy time of year. Let's wrap up this swap strong and make it a merry season for all!!

Apron Angels Needed

Ladies, several of our fellow swappers are without packages still and several others are not responding to my emails. Makes me sad. Please check the sidebar to see if I have your apron status correct (SENT/REC'D) and let me know right away if I've made a mistake. If you have NOT received an apron yet, I am working at sending you one. Only two gals have not said they've mailed but six or more gals don't have boxes as far as I know ...

I have sent emails to you sweethearts who indicated an interest in angeling when you signed up (unless you don't have a box yet). I am looking for packages that could be sent out this weekend, made with love, from any of the Back to the Future eras with the appropriate little tuck-ins - not expensive necessarily, but a package that you'd like to receive.

I won't open registrations for Halloween until I get this one wrapped up, so please be patient a little longer. THANK YOU !!!

I know the last of the packages are flying around the US right now, racing Santa to see who will arrive first. Be sure to pop me an email when yours arrives; I need to update my spreadsheet and this site again. So far, only one gal has dropped out so I hope everyone else is able to play.

I received my own beauty this weekend, from none other than Micki (stolen image since my camera cord is missing). How did she know that I love to do laundry?! My husband thought the fabric was a hoot, and I adore the design. She thoughtfully tucked in a "green" Christmas craft book because I LOVE to read AND craft. THANK YOU!!!

Deadline Has Passed

Hi ladies -- Just a quick reminder that you need to get your aprons into the mail lickety-split if you haven't already!!! I've heard from several people that are running behind for a variety of reasons, and have also received several confirmations and thank yous -- not 100 though. I'm trying to update the spreadsheet and website but that still leaves A LOT of people who haven't checked in yet.

PLEASE remember to send me a note when you mail, and copy me on your thank you note when you receive. PICTURES are great, too. =)
