Sneak Peak from Oregon

Today I went and wandered Fabric Depot in Portland (the Mecca of fabric lovers on this side of the Mississippi). It's amazing how I THOUGHT I knew what I wanted -- until I saw all of the amazing choices. My poor three year old son had to put up with me putting bolts of one color scheme into the cart, only to return and replace them with palettes of a different color. Finally I settled on these:


I hope my partner is not opposed to orange. To me these fabrics make me think of spring and summer. They are bright and energetic and will hopefully inspire much creativity in the kitchen of the recipient!!

    Look at that! I almost ordered the fabric with the orange and yellow dots! I love it! Still waiting for my fabric to arrive in the mail and then will post a sneak peak too.

    Fabulous fabric! Orange and pink are great together. These are my daughter's favorite colors so I've learned to love them too. Can't wait to see the finished product.
