Today I received my apron from Linda Ruthie! I felt like it was Christmas in June. :) My apron is SOOOOO cute! She even made a matching headband and sent a recipe for a blueberry cake on a recipe card that matched the apron fabric. I loved reading her three-page handwritten letter about how she celebrates summer holidays with her family. I'm so envious that she has her extended family close to her. My family was cute because they were just as excited as I was to see what was in my package. I shared my letter out loud with them, and then modeled my new, pretty apron. I plan on using my new plates and napkins on the 4th of July at my parents' house. Linda Ruthie, you absolutely made my day! Thank you for being such a wonderful swap partner. And Shawnee, thank you for hosting another great swap! I can't wait for the Flirty Apron Swap 3 (hint, hint).
