Off It Goes...

Here's what I sent to my partner. I went with a 60s retro theme. My city had almost no selection of Valentines fabric this year, but I found this 60s retro fabric at JoAnn's and paired it with a Michael Miller dot. I used the Vanilla House Four Corners Apron pattern, but added a white-on-white ruffle to the front point and pocket to "girlie" it up a bit more ;-)

I made a matching tea wallet and potholder, and included a cute rubber scraper and bar of Chocolate & Rainier Cherry Seattle Chocolate.  The pink "paint" can is empty in this picture, but I made a VERY cute tag ornament that turned out adorable.

And here's the "paint" can with cookies ;-) I was having trouble coming up with a vintage Valentine tuck-in, but at the last minute I found this linen tea towel that, while the colors aren't the same, at least it's from the same 60s era. Hope my partner loves her package!
