I know I am a little late, (it has been a crazy month), but I finally finished my apron for the swap. I hope she likes it. I like it so much I want to keep it for myself :) I used an old vintage sheet, and some gingham and pink eyelet fabric. For the kitchen linen, I embellished a dishrag with a piece of the sheet, to match. I searched for vintage linens, and couldn't find much here, so I used the sheet. The neck line is adjustable- my favorite part- and I left the ties extra long for fit and if you want to tie it in the front. :) I hope she likes it! It will be on its way soon!
I really like the lace along the bottom-eyelet is one of my favorites!
